My previous stylist left the salon, and I was assigned a new one in May 2024. I assumed the new stylist would match my previous stylist’s level of expertise, particularly with curly hair and blonde highlights. However, my hair progressively worsened after each appointment. Following my last appointment after Christmas, my hair was severely damaged, no longer curled, and looked overprocessed.I consulted a former stylist, who confirmed my highlights were poorly overlapped with uneven color patterns and harsh lines, while the cut lacked structure and was haphazard. The salon scheduled me with yet another stylist for lowlights to "fix" the issues, but I canceled, as my hair was already overprocessed. While I appreciate the refund for my December appointment, there was no follow-up regarding the condition of my hair. The entire transition after my original stylist left was chaotic and poorly handled, leaving me with significant damage.

I came in for the first time for a highlight and trim and Alyssa did the most amazing work!! My hair was so damaged from years of bleaching and she made sure I felt comfortable with the plan to restore my hair while still staying blonde. She was excellent!! Seriously, my expectations were blown away. I am so happy with the results and she was seriously the sweetest person ever! I’ll definitely be back to see her. Thank you! So happy I found this salon and Alyssa!

I LOVED MRS.LESLIE!! She was AWESOME! 👏 I met her through a good friend. And I got in Thanksgiving break. I was going through a divorce & taking meds that I lost a lot of my curly hair! Mrs. Leslie was very compassionate & caring! She did wonders on my hair! She took her time. And I loved that! My curly hair looks more healthy now!! I would recommend her to anyone & everyone!
